Fantastic little tea room hidden away at the back of the antique shop. Best to book to avoid disappointment as it's popular over lunchtime. They do a fabulous luxurious afternoon tea where you get a choice of sandwich, scone and cake with either tea or coffee. Loads of food so I usually end up taking my slice of cake home to enjoy later! They do a range of lunches (sandwiches, paninis, jacket potatoes etc) as well as scones & freshly made cakes. Lots of different hot and cold drinks on offer too. Fingers crossed a buyer is found so they can continue to serve Fleet as it will be a huge loss to the high street if it does have to close.

We decided to treat ourselves to an afternoon tea lunch and took advantage of the collection service throughout lockdown 2. The service was spot on, the email reply came quickly and the collection service ran very smoothly. The food was AMAZING! My husband said it is the best carrot cake he has ever had and hands down the scones were by far my favourite yet. We will definitely be coming again :)

One of my favourite places to shop in Fleet. The staff are some of the friendliest in town and it is a place full of well priced unique treasures for your home- and the tea house in the back makes the best scones. When we first came to fleet and were deciding whether to buy a house here. Serendipity was the first shop we went to and overwhelmed us with lovely friendly staff. We couldn't believe our luck to have stumbled across such a lovely place.

My favourite place in Fleet for a lunch date. Good old fashioned lunchtime favourites including cheese on toast, omelettes, toasties, plougmans & sandwiches. Always a delicious soup on the go and if you just want sweet they have amazing selection of cakes and scones. They offer a cream tea with sandwiches, cake & scone. The staff are friendly and they seem to have a loyal following of regulars. This is a little hidden gem of a place and long may it remain especially as they do Gluten free scones & cake too.

Group visit for a birthday celebration. £12.50 for the luxury afternoon tea. Great value for all you get. Lovely atmosphere and crockery. Service was a little inexperienced... But they made up for it in smiles and bringing us the hugest pots of tea that lasted forever. Great value and interesting venue. Highly recommended.

What a lovely little place this is! The food was lovely, made freshly to order and the staff (and other customers) were very friendly. All in all creating a lovely atmosphere. My only criticism was that it is small and we had to leave the baby buggy outside in a passageway but it was quite safe and under cover so not a big problem.
