Subway

To the manager and owner of this establishment what the heck is going on! I am not just disappointed in you but knowing that this subway was so good yet over new management or soured management it has fell dramatically in quality. Honestly how can you eat in this place when you could smell the bathroom from the table. How can you eat at this place with such enlightening staff by the way this is sarcasm. How can you eat at this place when your own sandwich that is given to you is charcoal black. Back to the staff. At one point in time it was just young college kids trying to get their way through school and we’re doing an honest work and it might be that same crowd still but why all of a sudden have they just had such apathy when working there. Like they could literally care less if they get fired from this job because they’ll just find another job in their 👀 eyes. I know inflation has had a lot of impact on businesses but I really don’t get the point of how sandwiches are they expensive what happened to the five dollar foot long? Low key 🔑 I wish 5 dollar foot long was still here. Like old 1960s house on the shore sides of California this place needs to be flipped 100%. Actually I am 1000% sure if any effort was to be made in this place it would be dramatically different than what it is now I feel guilty for leaving such a low rating at a place I once loved but it’s insane how the apathy burnt food and overall grossness is here.

Employee had no idea how to make a breakfast sandwich...served it cold.... like really cold .. couldn't understand when tried to explain how to do it right..my son refused to it. brought it back ..she did make another...but had to be explained how...but still didn't get breakfast sandwiches are supposed to be hot...not only heated it you tell her to...

absolutely friendly and helpful staff. but to be honest the sandwich i got was so bad that i trow it away in the garbage can after a bite or two. this was my second subway restaurant in the USA. probably not gonna do a subway in my next road trip in the states. still it's weird that subway restaurants i have done in France and Belgium are delivering outstanding sandwiches. Wile the american subway restaurants just fail. trowing inches of meat and cheese on a half warmt up sandwich which comes out the fridge and than heat it up again in the microwave doesn't make the sandwich crispy. Nope it makes it tast like a spong.

Management sure lacks some common sense. A whole lot of it. Why on earth would you schedule only 1 person on a lunch rush?!? Plus the SLOWEST ONE!!!! Took him 35 minutes to make 3 subs. He kept stopping what he was doing and helping other customers. Really? Just let people cut us? Also, my bread was ROCK hard! Stay away from this subway. Unless you like hard bread and can wait a long time for your sub.

The owner of this subway is a joke of a professional. He has no sense how to run a business or treat human beings. I saw him be awful to his workers and then I was served rotten food! GOING TO THIS SUBWAY IS A HEALTH RISK STAY AWAY. There needs to be a change in management because there is so much illegal activity going on in this subway.
