Dunkin'

I definitely prefer Dunkin’ Donuts as opposed to Starbucks. Always have. At this Dunkin location, in Fishkill on route nine, the people are very friendly and the order is always just right. I am only giving it three stars, however, because the “on the go” method is terrible. People that are waiting in the drive-through have to yield to “on the go” customers and it literally makes the line obnoxiously long. The people that have already been waiting have to wait even longer now. There’s got to be another way, because this is not fair to the other customers. We are ALL paying customers.

Kept messing up my order but I could tell the guy was new and a little flustered so I wasn't too bothered by it. But I was told months ago at this location that the coconut refreshers have no caffeine and then today they told me they do so I thought I was caffeine free for the last 7 months and I haven't been which sucks but would explain why some nights I can't sleep. Other than the lie I was told this place is usually fast and fresh. Today a little sloppy but they were extra busy.
