Kroger

I had gone to two Krogers in search of my favorite fall suckers. The caramel apple pops. It showed online that they had these suckers but they weren’t anywhere to be found. I found a staff member who stopped what he was doing and radioed someone. They found them in the back and he went and got me some. Nemo was such a help and it was so kind that he kept working until he found them. Not many stores would do that and it made my day! Thank you!

We stopped in to grab some Nyquil on our way home from a friend's house. It was almost 10pm at night but the store was open and pretty busy on a Saturday night. They has what we needed and we were able to check out reasonably fast (had to wait a few minutes for someone to verify our age, apparently you need to do this to buy nyquil)

My favorite grocery store.The food is always fresh. Produce is always stacked neatly, Managers work well with customers and employees. Everyone is so kind, and helpful. I truly love your Starbuck. Iam in your store quite often. I talk to people all over your store. In each department. "Yes Iam very well known from the Deli to the Pharmacy,from Mr.Tim ,to Mr.Mike to Ms.Debbie,to Miss Janice,to Miss Sherri, to Mr.Bradly and so on. "I say Kroger Family Keep Up The Good Work.😊👍

David at the customer services desk was awesome. He was working alone and the line was getting pretty long and he kept his cool and helped everyone with a friendly attitude. I needed to add my Kroger card to the app but it wouldn’t work. Instead of him telling me to call customer service and sending me on my way he helped me even though there were so many people in the line. He of course helped others while I filled out the paperwork, and most people were nice about him trying to keep the line moving. I thanked him for being patient and friendly and pointed that out to a couple of people who seemed irritated. He was alone and the store looked short handed and doing the best he could. Patience is needed when someone is trying to help you that’s the only way to get good service in the end! So thank you David for awesome customer service at Kroger in Fishers!

Workers are always really helpful when I need to find stuff. Great prices and deals. I hope here often and always find what I want! The blankets they sell around Christmas are amazing! Sometimes they have them not holiday related. I own 3!! Enjoy this video I accidentally took while shopping and holding melatonin.

This review is for the Kroger bistro. I've been here many times and a review is much overdue. Freshly made sushi, pizza or made-to-order burritos are just some of the options here. Don't underestimate the quality or options available here. Competitive pricing, spacious seating and clean bathrooms make for a robustly pleasant experience. There's even a Starbucks by the bistro, too! Don't be mislead by it just being a grocery store. This bistro really is a hidden gem.
