Zoup!

Very pleasant staff. I had the Chicken Tuscana sandwich and the lobster bisque soup. Both were a mistake for me. Much too rich for me. The sandwich had so much sauce on it I couldn't keep it from sliding around. I didn't finish it. There is a tasting counter. If I'd seen that it might have improved my experience.

The problem? Management! The place is operating in total disarray. The workers are slow, inexperienced and lack initiative. I waited 25 minutes for my order. The guy in front of me was served in 10 minutes; then 5 more people that came in after me were served before me. Out of those 5, 4 of them had to come back to the counter, stop the people from what they were working on and ask for a fork. Really? Doesn't somebody make a decision after a while to put the forks accessible to the patrons? Apparently no one there was in charge. The young lady taking orders and handing them to customers waiting had the exact same apology rehearsed and delivered to all. The workers there and not the problem. It's the person who is supposed to be in charge. It's as if they had never been trained. Management; actually the lack thereof. That's the problem. BTW, I gave 2 stars because the food was good.

So delicious! Soup and salad combo was great. The loaded baked potato in the sourdough bread bowl was perfect. The seafood chowder was not so great and I wouldn’t order it again. Online app allowed for incorrect food items to be ordered but the restaurant was super quick in getting me on the phone to provide some reasonable substitutions.

I was absolutely fried after driving from Louisiana where it was 80 degrees, to wherever we are in CO, where it is snowing and 11. I asked the worker to just pick something, a cup of soup and half a sandwich. He chose loaded baked potato soup and a ham sandwich. Super appreciated such good warm food and especially the kindness. What a blessing they both were!

Staff nice. Semi distracted by cell phone while I was paying. Ice machine broken but they went to the gas station to buy ice. Unfortunately it wouldn't work in their machine. Nice try, though. However everything was dirty. Spilled sodas all over the counter and machine. Sticky and nasty. 2 minutes with a hot washcloth would fix that. Tables were also needing wiped down. 2nd time eating here. Food is delicious. I would recommend.
