Kfc

Very disappointed w/recent visit at 2:35 today, June 24th 2018. Lobby was not attended to as most of the table tops had trash & crumbs, the floors were littered w/ package wrappers & straw covers. Manager on shift shirt was not completely tucked in or proper size to maintain a professional Supervisors appearance. While Manager was on his personal cell phone constantly, which he is not maintaining a safe & supervised member of the team. Thank you, hope to visit more in the future but w/ great change.

They will not follow requests regarding changes to the way the food is served i.e. you can't get gravy on the side or no cheese. They rush the food so it often comes to you undercooked and not wrapped correctly ( several containers of gravy have been spilled on myself and surroundings because the lid wasn't on all the way). Overall if you want good KFC don't go to this location 😁

The Manager's Name was Mary she was very nice and a very awesome attitude! I was having a hard time trying to decide on which meal I wanted and Mary told me which 1 was her favorite and why so I choose the 1 that she suggested which wasn't the ones I was having a hard time trying to decide over but the 1 she suggested was even better Then what I was deciding on so I wanted to thank Mary very much! I will be returning to the Fife KFC more often! Thank you again from a new loyal customer! KM

This was probably the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever received from my three piece meal grilled chicken in all my years of living. It was even dried up because it was probably sitting so long in the heat. I could not think I would ever receive this kind of chicken, i was so disappointed I end it up going to the taco bus down the street and redeemed my taste buds with good quality food. Manage needs some serious overhaul and attention to this facility.

I usually dont review places. First of all I ordered a meal by the number on the menu and the quantity of peices, pull up and pay then asked to pull up and wait. Didn't mind being I know some things take longer to make, then waited15 mins get my order and drive off. Opened the box to the wrong meal. Return back to the window and greeted with attitude and then told "well you didn't say the name of that item". One of the cooks walks up and corrects her and said he'd fix it. I opened the container and it was basically pulling chicken strips out of a spiced oil soup. Then opened the mashed potatoes and gravy to a hair laying right across the center of it. First and last time eating at this location

Very slow service. 15 minutes from order to delivery, was told 5, had to drive back to the window to insist on food. Update 2 years later: Still 15 minutes from order to delivery in drive through. I ordered an A&W burger. It tasted as if they had dumped the salt onto the burger and shook off what didn't stick. Avoid this place.

I'm gonna share my thoughts with the district manager they have real problems here! Management,employee's and just flat out service! This KFC has been terrible for way too long it's time to go to corporate ownership or private owner which ever one it is..... And the way they treated me and my wife is just flat out wrong for a ten dollar meal! That's why I always drive out to Tacoma on sixth avenue to get my chicken. And when I shop in Fife I have this same ridiculous problem. Look at the reviews, seems like I'm not the only one. Does there ownership look at these reviews? Please do would like to go to the KFC by my house and not 15miles away!!!!!!!!!
