Big props to the Manager Adisa for helping me out with my purchase! Had my pup with me so was unable to go in, but she noticed me straightaway and kindly asked me what I wanted, then passed her my phone for the payment and she did it for me very quickly, efficiently and with a smile! This is what a great customer service is, so thank you for that! (:

I came 40 minutes after opening and they have all the cold sandwiches from the menu! I’m shocked- it does not happen in another shops. Good job guys!

Don't judge me for giving 5* to a Greggs. This one is a staple of quick and cheap food, the staff are genuinely lovely and good natured. Their vegan options aren't bad either if you can get past the pastry being all wrong.
Ask for a "fat white" coffee and they'll do you two flat whites on one cup for an extra kick in the morning 🙂
