Burger King

Cashier outside smoking for 10 minutes!!!! Then the lady inside cooking looked like she had been on something for a few days and had no clue how to put in my order. I wanted to walk off but my daughter had friends over from a sleepover, so I waited the whole 45min just for them to turn around and close it down. I did not even get my food. If this was my bk they both would have been suspended if not fired! It just sucks because this burger king actually has pretty good food most of the time, but the service is terrible! #doyourdamnjob #youdonotgetpaidtosmoke

Literally worst service I've ever received. Had to ask for our drinks because our cashier was too busy chatting away. Then we proceed to sit for an hour waiting on our food; the whole duration of the hour, the cashier is literally propped on the counter talking to his friend. Someone walked up to order and they were turned away because the fryers weren't working. We were never informed of this and they weren't even making our food. I got my money back and will be filing a formal complaint with corporate.

I waited for over 20 minutes for my sandwich and fries you would think it would be piping hot since I waited that long and clearly it was just made fresh I walked out to my car with it the sandwich was stone cold french fries as well. I tried to go back to this location again today to give it another chance only to be told they’re out of pickles? How does a burger joint that puts pickles on almost everything run out of them? Is the manager that incompetent?

I will not go back to Burger King in fayetteville tn. Last few times we stopped in to eat there was only 2 people working and our order was messed up 3 times and last nite dude took my order got my drinks then I had to wait til a girl come in from outside and sid not wash her hands.i waited 45 minutes on 1 order.
