Dunkin'

Made an order for a frozen hot chocolate, and received a frozen coffee instead. The sticker on the side even said frozen hot chocolate. I understand being busy, but we were the only ones in line. Plus, having two different people on the speaker, you don't know if they both got the same order. And, trying to offer me another drink, When I already ordered the one. Was a bit much. It's to hot for these games.

The service was great and all of the employees were friendly. They worked efficiently despite being shorty-staffed. However, I cannot give 5 stars due to a policy by the owner. The employees at this location are NOT allowed to accept tips which I find abominable. Let your customers tip your employees; they have earned it.

Typically I wouldn’t leave a review, however today I felt the need to. First off we went through the drive thru and got two orders one sandwich in each was wrong, one had the wrong cheese and the other a cold breakfast sandwich that was supposed to be toasted. My friend and I went in to just get the sandwiches made right we were very pleasant and just let them know what was wrong. The girl took our food and went to make them again. As my friend went to the restroom, that ended up being dirty, I could over hear the three workers complaining quite a bit. From having to remake the sandwich’s and ranting about other coworkers to roughly slamming the sandwiches down on the counter without calling for them to be picked up. If it was busy I would understand a little more, but there was no one in the drive thu and nobody besides us in the lobby. I don’t know if I’ll go back again.

This is the worst dunkin's I've been to in Maine. This past experience tops the cake. We ordered a large drink and two extra toasted bagels thru mobile order. When I got to the window, I received a medium drink without whipped cream (as I had ordered). When I went to get the error fixed, the drink was barely filled, leaving more than two inches of space left for liquid. This wouldn't usually bother me as now I have two drinks, but when the manager is there, our drinks are never filled to the top. This is a regular occurrence. When I got home to eat my extra toasted bagels, both were actually burnt to a crisp. They were disgusting. So disappointing. I would go somewhere else but this is the only location with a drive thru.

Absolutely horrendous. No one is managing this store overrun by a bunch of high school students who can't complete orders. Everyone standing around joking and laughing, addressing customers with "yeah?" and overall being unproductive and unhelpful. They messed up our order and gave us two straws for three drinks. Absentmindedly left out more than half our order and didnt double check any of it. On top of that we recieved cold food. If I could rate negative, I would have. You'd think a business would be run better on such a busy day. Not only will I no longer eat or drink there. I will also encourage my friends to do the same. Horrible Service, cold food, and missing items: 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This is by far the worst dunking donuts ever. Every time I go in here which is a minimum of 5 times a week. The coffee is always different yet I order it the same every time. The staff ignores you if you go inside. All they care about is the drive through I have stood there and watched about 10 cars take their order and get served while I stand at the counter waiting and waiting. Obviously these business owners could care less about having repeat business that's the American way anymore how can I screw the public .
