This is an awesome place for food and socializing. After a while of being away from home, I felt like home.
Home made Persian yogurt, fresh baked Persian bread (Barbari) .... cannot say enough of how good was our experience!

The wife and I came here after a long bike ride and we found very substantial and hearty meals. The meat is seasoned and tender, the rice is fragrant and buttery. The grilled tomato was rich. I didn't get into the onion medley cause I don't care for them, but I'm sure they tasted stellar.
The gentleman working was attentive and nice, ready to answer questions if we had any.
Go check the place out. You won't regret it. Bring friends, eat off each other's plates.

Tender meat with great flavor- recommend ordering dishes spicy. Chicken kabob and koobideh was great. Large portions at decent price. Baklava was perfect size of sweet! Friendly staff

Unfortunately, I forgot to take pics from meal but I can say that this place is a must when visiting Fargo. I ordered the Turkish Kebop, it has some heat but is delicious tender meat. Portions are good and the hummus is great. Take it from someone that just came back from the middle east.

Hey this place is really good! We ordered the shirazi salad (cucumbers and tomatoes), the ghaimeh stew (beef, lentils and tomatoes) and the chicken kabob. All was very good. The meats were very tender and so was the rice that came with the stew and kabobs.

Great spot for lunch or dinner, yummy food, even the simple chicken and rice dish I got was filled with so much flavor, everything was very clean and owner was very friendly and offered great service.

What a great surprise! Great food, friendly service at this little piece of Persia in Fargo. For a quick lunch I stopped at Saffron Bistro. There’s a small menu with several meats (incl lamb!) and dishes, Turkish and Persian recipes. The chicken kabab was delicious, freshly cooked and plenty. Delicious hot tea. Authentically Persian decorated interior, clean. The storefront is deceivingly simple. The waitress was very friendly, proud of the authentic dish, and not afraid to engage in conversation. Thank you Saffron Bistro.

Quaint and charming bistro with enthusiastic staff and an interesting menu. I think this would be a perfect option for a date between adventurous eaters. The spices are different, and I mean that in the best possible way, the food is both delicious and different from common fare in the area. The staff is eager to please and ready to serve. I hope to go again soon to try some different options.
