Ruby Tuesday

My wife and I went here on a Sunday afternoon. There was no line to get in, our server was good. The garden bar was exceptional, with all fresh ingredients and looked very good, healthy, and clean. We had the New Orleans seafood, it was delicious and properly prepared. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good salad bar.

Decent option in town for meals- staff is young and a bit bumpy at times- but several individuals are definitely there to help provide great service. Food is fresh and good quality- some options are a bit pricey but there is always good discounts available. Quality of take out isn't as good as dining in (is it ever?) and our recent take out experience was pretty dismal- but will be back ;-)

Went to Ruby Tuesdays last night for supper. Should have know it was not going to be good. Unwrapped the silverware and found hard dried ketchup on one of my forks, thank God the other one was clean. The 4 of us order the 2 for $22. One of us order chicken strips and as always the chicken strips were brought to the table and were once again cooked in old unchanged oil. Dark brown, extra hard and rancid tasting. No amount of ranch took that taste away. The rest of us ordered the hickory bourbon chicken. It was very good until I cut the last of it into pieces. I found a hair wrapped around one of them. As I went to take it off it was around the chicken. I showed it to the waitress and she had the nerve to say it had to be some of the wrapping of the package because no one has gray hair back in the kitchen. She asked if i wanted a new one cooked, really after i eat my broccoli, mashed potatoes and most of the chicken. Another one! There was even small amounts of chicken on it and showed them that. No manager came to the table at all. And of course got the i cant do anything about it. Im just the waitress. At the end got a whopping $3 off. Will never go back ever!!

Absolutely fabulous food. Huge portions. Very attentive staff We were out there on Valentine's Day the servers each had hearts or some kind of design either on their outfit or on like a headband. They were all kind of cute and really sweet. But I'm pretty sure the lady who took our order was the absolute best. It wasn't too crowded we were seated almost immediately. There was so much good food on the menu it was actually hard to decide. Absolutely everything just looked delicious.. when we got our food we found out it tasted even better than it looked in the pictures on the menu. We had an absolutely wonderful evening out there. It also like to know that though it was not too crowded well we were ordering our food and stuff when we first arrived there were several people just leaving. Also it was pushing towards crowded when we got there. But we just hit the perfect time and little by little bout half the people there were clearing out. It was still mildly busy but a big enough place where it wasn't crowded. Kinda comfortable. We had actually had them delivered once before. I have to say it was so much better in the restaurant. It was absolutely delicious when we had it delivered but still so so much better when we went out there. And the best Valentine's day I've had in a very long time.

Don't order the amazing burger unless you are vegan. We didn't know and when we bit into it, it was awful. We then asked if we could get a beef burger to which the waitress said yes. We asked her if she needed to take the vegan burger back and she said no. So we fed it to the baby. Our ck included the vegan burgers because she said the manager would not give us credit because we ate it! She said she didn't have to take it back! So who's to blame? Us or her?
