Everything was very good . The only thing I would improve is the way you get your butter for your seafood it's not warm at all by the halfway mark threw your food .

Everything was good besides a steak I got. And yes I understand it's a sea food restaurant and that's why I'm still giving this restaurant 4 stars, the steak was dry but still eatable. Overall the service was good, the sides and biscuits were amazing. Very good place to eat. Some of my little cousins (10 and 6) even got to touch a live lobster, which they enjoyed.

Was busy and if they had more staff my guess is we wouldn't had to wait the 15 minutes. Which in these days wasn't bad at all. Very friendly staff and food was great as always.
As we visit Rapid City just about ever year we come to South Dakota we have eaten year often.
Have never been disappointed.

I was craving crab legs so I stopped by this location around 5:00 on a Sunday evening. The place was crazy busy. Being a party of one, I was able to sit at the bar rail, and the three staff members behind the bar were all over the place helping people with takeout orders, getting drinks, as quickly as possible in the midst of a rush. Elizabeth was my server, and she was just a ray of sunshine - very pleasant, attentive, and had such a good attitude. The other two servers/bartenders were also very kind and accommodating. My food came out efficiently and correctly, was delicious (as crab legs usually are!) Ultimately, I left happy and impressed by how well the clearly-understaffed place kept up with the demand. They remained professional and helpful while the bar area buzzed with people. Shoutout again to Elizabeth, she's an absolute sweetheart!

Food was delicious and we had amazing service. Our waitress was very attentive to us and was so sweet and kind. I haven't been to Red Lobster for a few years due to the Pandemic but I was very pleased with my recent visit.

Order was missing one part. Called the restaurant, they had closed about 10 minutes before I called. The manager actually answered the phone. Was very apologetic about the mistake. Offered free food, refund, whatever I wanted to make it right. Went back next night to get the missed item. The manager (Jordan was her name I think) brought my food out and apologized again for inconvenience. She was great. Great service and genuine sincerity. Will definitely be back. Thank you

It has been over 5 years since I've been at this Red Lobster, it sure has changed. Prices have rocketed, food has been down-graded, our waiter, Nick was the highlight of the visit, very eager to please. Cod was flavourful, shrimp had seen better days, somewhat mushy. Hard to find good fish on the Prairies now a days.

Great atmosphere, amazing food, and amazing service. The only problem I have is they got rid of there Walleye, which was my favorite on there menu because most other seafood makes me sick. Hopefully they will bring it back soon.
