One of the drive thru ladies this morning was so rude. The other kid was helpful, she rushed our order even though there was no one in front or behind us. My husband asked at the window cause she cut us off if the store carried an item and she snapped at the boy and my husband saying no cant order through the window, have to go back around. I get it if they were busy but they weren't. We were their only customers. The other kid was very nice, she just had poor customer service skills.

My favorite Dunkin!! So quick, so friendly, and literally the only Dunkin that makes my coffee perfectly. I had an issue with a charge and Cheryl handled it immediately, offered me a free beverage, and was the absolute sweetest. I will never be going anywhere else! ❤️

Been here several times over the last week and not ONE employee is wearing a mask. I was told by the manager it’s because it’s summer time and it’s too hot. I work at a restaurant and wear a mask every single day. Is it enjoyable? Absolutely not. But I would rather be in a hot mask all day than even consider putting someone’s health at risk. Especially a place like Dunkin’ that serves many elderly people. This is sad. Horrified by the management and response.

Drive thru waits tend to be long because order taker has a wait between each order

Unfortunately these people had to work on Christmas morning. It was great that after working a 24 HR shift I was able to find a D&D that was open. I'm not sure if they were forced or volunteered to work this special day but I would thunk it be prudent that the owner ask if they would volunteer to work on this holiday. For those who did work this day ... Thank you very much ! You were/are much appreciated and I hope the rest of your day was great ... ✌

The staff and coffee is good but the hours are usually until 9 inside 10pm

Employees are very friendly and by far one of my favorite.
Anyone complaining about waiting when they're ordering 3+ coffees, how about being patient lol. Everyone else wants coffee too, you're placed on lower priority because the single coffee orders are served first. That's how every Dunkin works.
For the drive through, you can easily park and get your coffee through the line quicker if there's a ton of cars in front of you.
