Dunkin'

I always order a nitro cold brew from here and they give me ice, pretty sure they don't come with ice though as it sort of ruins the consistency of being nitro infused. So then I started asking for it without ice and they'd tell me thru the drive thru that the nitro coffee doesn't have ice, confirming that it indeed is made with no ice. So everytime they tell me it has no ice I won't ask specifically for no ice the next time I'm here and will end up with a drink that does have ice. So I either ask for no ice and get a snarky reply about how it doesn't come with ice or I get ice for not specifying.

They make sure they ask if you want to buy 2 pounds of coffee for 12.99 and in the middle of ordering they are sure to add in " would you like to buy a turbo shot or hash browns but they hardly ever get my coffee made right.. the sweeter is always forgotten about. I mentioned it to the worker and they said the machine malfunctions here and there ,so I go get a coffee again this morning and guess what......no sweetner again! And it's not even written on the cup just says cream....but they NEVER forget to try to sell you their product..it's so annoying

Been going to this DD for almost twenty years on a daily basis. Over the last two weeks the service has gotten bad and I don't know why and today I just wanted a sandwich and coffee. Took over five minutes to find out that my order was ignored my the employees. Then when I told them I didn't want it and I wanted my money back the employees proceed to to give me a attitude and start to talk badly about me and other customers. I will never go there again and nor will any family members after this. I'm extremely dissappointed and the manager heard it all and did nothing or said nothing about it. Never had a issue all theses years going there and never have I wrote a review on any company in my life but I was so bothered by this.
