I ordered fast food on their app. I got a free Pub Fries from the app offers. They made my order correctly. It was ready when I got there and I ate it. Success!
One star off for all the plastic packaging. Do better.

The girl working at the drive thru around 5pm on 1/26 was extremely rude. She spoke over you while ordering, didn't say a word when paying or giving the food and slammed the window multiple times. She was yelling with the window closed and more concerned with talking to her friends. I understand it's cold and snowy but that comes with working at a facility with a drive thru in New England. To make is worse the fries are always terrible here and I will not be coming back.

Staff was very inexperienced. Store was out of a lot of product. Took 25 min to get order correct from staff. If you go to this place give yourself time. Very slow.

This wendy's is disgusting they are constantly handing out luke warm food and the everything that comes out of their soda Machines taste like dirt the crews always have a poor attitude....
Go to the one on bedford st they always serve hot food and have great service

It's a good thing most people use the drive through to order their food. The dining room was disgusting, from the counter to the front windows. It was like a hangout behind the counter. One kid was even munching on fries right at the fry station. On top of all this I had to wait a very long time

Decent food and value but staffed poorly. Inside the person working the counter is almost always triple tasked and its not uncommon to wait 10 minutes at the counter without your order being taken. Incredibly slow

Worse experience ever on a fast food. The dining room was disgusting it looks like it wasn't clean for two days, floor right in front of the registers all sticky. Kids (that's what they are, teenagers) fighting on the kitchen.
