Dunkin' Donuts

I love Dunkin donuts however I feel like the one on North main needs to learn how to follow orders better. They never seem to make my coffee right the way I ask them to make it. It's kind of rediculous already. The only reason. I buy my coffee there is because it's easiest for my husband. Please do better!! Thanks!

Guys.... I have so few pleasures in my life, please don’t take my breakfast from me. I just moved to the area and this is the Dunkin’ most convenient for me... guys please. How do you simultaneously burn a sandwich and get the cheese to stay completely unmelted? It’s not a one time thing either I’ve had the same sandwich from here 5 or 6 times and it’s always burned bacon, burned croissant, cold eggs, cold cheese. Like how? And y’all get my coffee wrong pretty regularly too. I hate making complaints like this but this location is ruining my morning.

Decent for a Dunkin Donuts restaurant. Staff is friendly and the food and coffee is hot and fresh every time. I stop at this location quite often and have never had any issues. The drive thru is very narrow and due to the location, the driveway can be difficult at times to enter and exit into oncoming traffic, although visibility is just fine. The parking lot is a bit small and you should take caution when parking and backing up your vehicle, particularly if you have an oversized vehicle. Overall, I recommend this Dunkin Donuts restaurant.

i had 2 coupons & asked if i could use them in two separate transactions as they weren’t both for myself. i was told i would have to get back in line at the drive thru, as if that would be make any difference in the coupon? not only do i have places to be but i was disrespected and for that they lost my business, very very poorly managed, y’all don’t even deserve 1 star
