I'm sure dog food taste better. This has been the worst food I've ever tasted from any Zoes location. The rice has zero seasoning it just taste like soggy uncle Ben's rice and that's an insult to uncleBen. The kabob...the veggies they steamed and burnt it... and the chicken kabob lol sprinking a little bit of black pepper on chicken which looked baked or cooked on a stove top was subpar at best. The pita bread was hard like a Frisbee - someone would think they lost their taste from this food. I hagr been to many Zoes kitchen across DFW and someone needs to come to this location and offer training because wow just wow ..save your money.

There were 3 people behind the counter and 2 cooking in the back with hardly any orders. They seemed more interested in talking to each other than getting my order ready. My food was placed for pickup by the cook and it took the girl almost 5 mins to notice and put it together. There is a reason why this place isn’t as popular as it was a couple of years ago. Used to stay packed

Girl with long brown hair, two strands hanging out in front, about 5'2, hair in low ponytail kept looking me up and down and rolling her eyes when I tried explaining I was here for pickup, I had to ask multiple times that my order wasn't on the rack. Super super rude. Gave it to me- it was on the back counter, where I couldn't get to and was super passive aggressive and rude.

Super disappointing. Ordered the steak roll ups and there was only mushrooms and onions in it, barely any meat. Vegetables were bland and unseasoned. Also there were so many gnats flying around our table inside the restaurant and a couple landed in our food. Cleanileness and quality in this place has gone down so much.

The only restaurant in the area I have seen that has a “curbside” pick up to “call the restaurant number on your email receipt” and “We’ll bring your order out to your car” and fails to deliver on their own service they are promoting. The lady that answer the phone didn’t identify herself and refused to follow their guidelines. This happened on Tuesday, 25May21 at 7:10 pm. Either take the sign down or fulfill your customer service. Disappointed with the service and will look to a different restaurant chain in the future.
