I hope they read these reviews, I just bought three cans of cat food, Friskies the sign said $1.39 each that should come to about 420+ tax let’s say around 450, instead I get charged 549 and this happens a lot at this location, it’s ridiculous ! So people watch what they charge you and this is not the only 7-Eleven that does that

My wife and I are two of the few African Americans that live in this neighborhood which has never been a problem until I enter this store. We are constantly watched and made to feel like criminals when we visit this store. Just yesterday I went purchase some snacks. I went to the freezer then to the ATM when I noticed the cashier literally running to peer down the aisles I was entering. When I got to the register I asked for the price of the item I had and the cashier( older man with a turban) was very rude to me. Most employees in this store are nice people but recently this new employee has given the store a bad name. I asked my children, who frequently visit the store and they said he treats them the same way. I will never visit this store again.

I have been a customer for 711 frequently within the past 4 months enough so to get me 9000 points at all of their stores that I have visited. Coming to this store, like any other daily routine I get a coffee and enter my phone number so I can get the point for all of my purchase and get the dollar coffee. After entering my number the cashier the not add the reward price and when I told him that that wasn't the correct price he became very rude M refused to add the price until I retrieve my phone in the car and have him scan my phone saying that that's the only way it works. This is not the 1st time I have been to dis 711 and I have never had this issue before period the cashier is a very rude person and has no business working in customer service if he has no idea how to treat people and customers and how to maintain an appropriate attitude. Not only will I be leaving this review but I will be contacting corporate and have disk I and distore reported. I even have a video that I will upload onto all social media platforms and submitting it to corporate.

Better than the other 7/11 by far. Here everyone is efficient, cordial and honest. The other establishment by the Walmart is run by con men who literally asked me explicitly for my cc number and security code. Also, the tall gentleman working at night (I forgot his name, sorry) is super chill and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment and please do not go to the other down the street as I will be reporting them to the franchise hq.
