Hardee's

We had a coupon, and we had an add on to our meal so the price was more. This confused us on the amount that our total came to however when we asked about it they were very nice and patient and explained it to us! I do not think it is right that you have to pay more for curly fries over straight fries in a meal, but I guess this is something that has changed in the years since I was a manager at Hardee's! I would recommend going here if you have at least $10 to spend per person if you plan to get a good and hot meal! 😋 You will get what you pay for, a large, filling meal!!

Avoid this place at all cost. I would give it zero stars if possible.. My spouse and I decided to stop here today after we have enjoyed Hardee's food at other locations in the past. We go to the door which is locked and directed us to the drive-through... so we proceeded to the drive-through to order our meal. We pulled up to the order speak and microphone and looked at the menu. My spouse asks about the Big Hardee burger and I ask if it comes with lettuce,tomato and and onion. A rude male voice interrupts the person taking our order and states rudely that the big Hardee comes with sauce, lettuce and cheese. Not what we asked. Then repeats that twice and then demanded what we want. We were completely taken aback. We ordered a #1 and a #2 meal and pull up to the window. The teenage girl who met us at the window looked worried and I asked her who interrupted our order and that I felt that was really rude and pushy. Another girl comes up and sticks her entire face out the window and said that was our Manager and he is in a bad mood because we had an incident today. Then then said don't think of contacting the general manager because she is even more rude than the manager. This is not a glowing description of what customer service should be. I paid for the food, but we were terrified with what they probably did to our food and just pulled around the building to the trash and threw our food and drinks away. I will never eat here again, even if this was the only Hardee's for 300 miles. I would question going to another Hardee's again. I basically felt threatened and insulted for trying buy a simple meal.

Everytime I go here the wait is very long even if the drive thru is almost empty, Everytime! If u want hot fry's u have to ask for them to be fresh, or they won't be. Also, for the burger of the months, they never ever have the sauce that goes on them, this you never either get the actual advertised sandwich, or you have to get it without the signiture ingredients! If you are in a hurry, do not eat here! Nothing fast about it. You pull ahead and wait up to 7 mins, and then their timer inside makes it appear that they are getting customers thru promptly, but they are not. Ever! Food is good tho, mostly.
