Waited 30 minutes for a completely raw chicken sandwich.
Absolutely horrible. We arrived at 11 am in the drive thru and ordered chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. We were told it would be about 5 minutes for the chicken to cook, which was fine.
We waited over 30 minutes with no communication on when the order would be ready.
I finally walked inside to gather my order and it was finally ready.
We arrived home only to find out the chicken sandwich was completely raw. I won't even mentioned the quality of ingredients in the rest of our order.
We've had a similar bad experience before but we will not again, as we won't be returning.

One of the most filthiest Burger King I have ever been in. Bathroom was Nasty! No soap to wash your hands, EVERY TABLE WAS DIRTY WITH FLIES ON THE TABLES, HAIR ON THE TABLES. THE FRENCH FRIES WERE SOGGY WITH GREASE and old

Absolutely ridiculous. Greetings arnt even anywhere near nice. Saw 3 cars pull off simply because of waiting too long. As a person that has been working in the food industry since I started working, this whole store is very unprofessional and something needs to be done as soon as possible. The order taker on top of that had the nerve to interrupt my wife while she was saying thank you for taking our order, and considering I've been working for Burger King myself for 5 1/2 years, that's the most absolute experience I've ever seen.

Uncomfortably cold in the dining area. Soda machine was almost out of any drinks save Dr Pepper. Hamburger patty on both our burgers were uncooked in the center and no way had it hit 160° F. Fries were good but overall a disappointing experience.

Friday, stopped for lunch around 1. 2 adults and a child. Employee at register was nice and friendly. Order completed in somewhat reasonable timing. Order was incorrect. Order fixed in a timely manner. The restaurant itself was , is horrific. Very dirty. Tables pushed aside so the ac vent could drain all over the floor. Tables not clean. Restrooms also horrific. Overall, food was ok, not wow, cashier was friendly but the restaurant eating area ..needs some serious attention.

I waited 30 mins and I was the only car in line!!!!Employees are very unclean and have no professionalism. I asked the cashier to have the orders bagged separately. They put everything in one bag and when asked to separate the 2 orders they asked me to pull around and my food would be brought out. After 15 minutes, the employees who took my order came out chewing on food with a bag under his chin. I requested a refund, thanked them. I will not be returning back to this Burger King🙁🙁

The customer service was rude. The greeter didn't sound happy. And the person who actually took my order took 3 minutes to answer the speaker after I already ordered once. Then she cut me off before I finished ordering. Not very happy considering I work for Burger King myself.

Drive thru was closed so I went inside to order. Waited in for over 10 minutes to be told that the kitchen just closed. They are overwhelmed and they are not taking any orders. This is totally unacceptable. This facility is always having issues. Your HQs get them squared away
