Subway

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered from grub hub and when my order arrived I was missing my drink and chips. When I called the restaurant I was polite to the manager or whoever I was talking to and he lied and said he would look into the order and call me back. He never called back. While I was waiting I checked my sandwich and it was wrong as well. I called again to ask for a refund and they assured me they would refund my money. 24 hours passes and grub hub says no one ever called or started the refund process. They call the owner themselves and he says the order was right and that I'm lying and they refused to give me a refund. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any restaurant. I'll never order from here again and I'll make sure none of my friends, family, or co-workers eat from here either.

I had recently used Subway's mobile app (great app) to order a sandwich. Basically I wanted it ready when i showed up so I could just grab it and go. Well.....I got delayed at work numerous times - The owner of the franchise called me and asked me if I would like him to deliver it. Said it was no problem, didn't want to accept a tip.... We could all take a lesson in customer service from this guy. Great work, he'll always have my business.
