7-eleven

7-11 is 7-11!!! I have no complaints about this location. I have had a few unpleasant experiences with random homeless over here but nothing too extreme. One plus about this place is there isn't constant loitering out in the front of the building. Also, one of the guys that works there is pretty cool. I've never gotten even the slightest hint of attitude or irritation from this guy! He apparently also loves to make jokes too.

Blatantly lied to me about store hours. Walked 3 miles at 0300 in search of smokes only to be told that, in fact, the store doesn't open until 0500. Regardless of the store hours that are posted on gmaps or the big sign in the window that states "we're open!" That's not too mention I was ignored for a good 5-7 minutes while the clerk just sat there carrying on his argument via phone.. Took my business to arko and that's where it's going to stay. I suggest anyone else do the same.

This store needs to be shut down! Today I visited this store to only deal with some unruly store franchise owners! 1st it was a communication barrier i weather thu that one. 2nd time i came with one of there cups for ice because its 98 degrees outside. I ask for ice and was told that it was 50 cents. No problem. When i went for the ice i was told i needed my own cup! First of all i had the store cup which normally u can get refills at a lower price! When u are selling Big Gulp's at 79 cents which includes ice,drink and soda! But u want to give me a hard time for ice! The Female middle age women said its her store and she can charge whatever! Mame ur store is in a low income area and it appears u don't care for your community! I think it time for new owner and u move your business somewhere else. 7 eleven is a name brand that has served all communities with respect! I really dont know how fairfield allows this type of treatment in their local communities!
