I like Panda express it is probably the healthiest fast food close to me but in this particular location a worker named Glen(Thats the name i was given when i called) is always very rude. I understand human interactions is both ways so I am always kind and polite but you do not always get that back. A good example is this worker who thinks it is okay to mistreats the costumers. I am going out of my way and expressing my feelings because after a bad experience. I get home and my meals are INCOMPLETE. I waited for my food for around 5 to 10 just I get home to a half empty plate.

Kudos to the staff at this location for being short staffed, working hard to complete orders all while having to deal with impatient, un sympathetic entitled people. - I was happy with my service and food - even though I had to wait in line, and after - but my food was fresh, and delicious.

These people need to hire people that care about there jobs and people.
Very terrible.y son got food poisoning from this place. We spent days in the hospital. I message the pand express complaint and all they wanted to do was give me a refund. 😤

After expressing to the server I wanted more Tofu In my Tofu and Eggplant she assured me that she included tofu. But soon after arriving at my house to enjoy my meal I was really disappointed that she only included one piece of tofu.

Food is pretty good, items made with chicken are feeling like they are using lower grade chicken.
At this location the people are friendly and helpful but communication can be a little difficult with the shields and masks in place.

My boyfriend was eating his food and bit into a dirty old penny. Also can’t get ahold of anyone. Never eating here again.

We went at dinner time and most of the areas were empty and we had to wait almost 20mins to get our food, not a good thing for a fast food restaurant.
