I haven't eaten here in years and decided I wanted to finally try the triple patty burger. So, in I go, a large combo triple burger with triple cheese, along with extra lettuce, tomato and onion, no ketchup. The young guy who took my order double checked with me that he had my order correct. He then said he wanted to make sure he had it correct so I didn't find out there was a mistake with the order while driving down the street. He was friendly, courteous and communicated well. I feel like I've entered the twilight zone! To have a young employee who appeared to actually care about their performance, work ethic and customer experience was so unexpected, I nearly had a heart attack!!! Or maybe it's the cholesterol and fat that will soon be assaulting my body. It tasted just like I remembered. I enjoyed it, but probably knocked a couple of years off my lifespan with all the cholesterol I ingested. Well worth the visit, if not for the food, at least some good customer service at a Fast Food place made it all worthwhile.

Where do I begin.. this place is not even worthy of a star. I'm no longer a fool to keep coming back, expecting to get good food when all I get is bland, cold, no flavor food, flat soda and attitude from the employees. This place is never consistent, food is poor quality. There are times I take a bite and fear the worst, am I going to get food poisoning today? From under cooked chicken. Did I just eat a fly or bug? Since they are flying around all over the entire establishment. Or are the bugs in my drink? Since they don't have the ice covered on the soda machine. Place is dirty, bathrooms always a mess, one time the toilet seat was hanging off the toilet, employee didn't seem to care when I told him. Speaking of employees, those that work here could learn a thing or two from In & Out employees. Few in particular don't even say hi when you are standing there waiting in line to be called on. The one young girl just gives you a dirty look like she's too good to be there. Don't even bother wasting your money here, you will be disappointed.
