Wendy's

Simple order of Son of Baconator NO Mayo, food allergies. I get a Dave's double with extra Mayo. The fries were 15 minutes cold, but the soda was correct. 20 minutes waiting in line again to get correct sandwich. They wipe off toppings, put extra ketchup and cold bacon on it, and wrap it up in same paper. I spent 30 minutes and $10 just for a soda and food I cannot eat, plus they are not warm or hot but cold.

I've been to this location multiple times, and every time, the people at the windows have been completely silent. I pull up, roll down my window, and say hello, but I'm met with complete silence. They also consistently get even the most basic orders wrong, and are very slow to take your order at the drive-thru. You pull up to the speaker and it can take upwards of a minute for the person on the other end to be ready to take your order. It is a consistently terrible experience.

My nephew went last night to pick up his mobile order at midnight, and was told his order was already given to someone else who they thought was him. He proceeded to show his credit card that he paid mobile order with then the manager came to the window…her name was “Hamimbi” and she came to the window n yelled at him stating “we gave order to other person with same name and now what you want!” And then she proceeded to slam the window down n left with my nephews credit card….my nephew was with his friends and embarrassed to be treated like that…This manager even tried to lure my nephews mother into Wendy’s and told her she will fight her! This Wendy’s is family owned and they are always rude when we order…they make you feel like you are bothering them when you place orders! I am no longer letting my friends or family who visit me go there…we should have recorded the whole incident…
