Mcdonald's

It didn't feel quite real. Every chicken product seemed like they were vacuum sealed they were vacuum packed and then coooked. The interior had a sleek look that appears to have rapidly aged. And to top it off, the register workers gave me this look that almost seemed to suggest that they were terrified that we would order. However, the service was extremely fast, which was very nice.

Where to begin! Well let’s see, you walk inside the front door and instantly notice how dirty it is. Then after you self order because nobody behind the counter knows what they’re doing, you pick up your order. Probably should’ve checked to see that they forgot half of my order but that’s on me because I didn’t check at the counter that the employees actually knew what they were doing. Which they do not know what they are doing. Kind of feel sorry for the manager because they are just managing a bunch of kids it really don’t care and don’t want to be there anyway. So after we got home and realized that the orange drink was pure tonic water and no orange syrup, we were missing half of our meal, and the french fries had no salt on them, I decided I better go ahead and write this review and add them to my list of never again locations here in Fairfax. Congratulations McDonald’s on Braddock Road, you are now the number three entry into my “never again” list!

Customer service is really bad here. We were in line to order for a while and the male white cashier didnt tell us until 15 minutes later and he rudely told my daughter to go to the machine to order. He wasnt even wearing a mask or gloves. He kept scratching his head and ear while serving all the food that was coming out.

Me myself I don't eat at McDonald's my girlfriend wanted to eat there for a quick fix I didn't know how to order cuz I hadn't been in over 2 years management wasn't all that friendly until you had to raise your voice and complain the one worker went outside and came back in and started touching the foods so I had to say something about how he needed to wash his hands before he touched anything then everybody got a little more friendlier I'll pass for another 2 3 4 5 years

I haven't been to this McDs in many years. I did notice when this shopping center was going through a remodeling. I didn't expect this McDs broke away from its traditional decor to something I have never seen before. I recently visited the Big Mac Museum/McDs in PA, and seeing this McDs with its unique decor as well, I love it. All the McDs should have its own decor which could turn into a mini tourist attraction while customers dine. I was also very surprised that the lady who took my order was very polite and nice. Which is a change from the McDs I frequent. Many McDs employees that I encountered at other McDs appear to have no customer service skills. I really appreciate that this employee at the McDs made me feel my business is welcome. Thanks!!

The kiosks we're not working properly...I could not complete the order and ended up abandoning it and walking up to the counter. The store is clean and the staff seem are attentive and helpful. Seating is limited. One area has been changed into a meeting area, while I am sure it is helpful to operations it further limits seating.
