Starbucks

It's pretty much a regular starbucks. However, it's not very clean. Many of the condiment stations and tables are in disrepair. I get that you can't keep clean during rush time, but you'd hope they could do better than this. Update: They also apparently have nothing in stock, and it's mid-day. Might as well ask them what they still have rather than have the illusion of choice given to you by a menu. Avoid this one if you can.

I'm tired of being charged for a grande coffee when ordering a tall. The baristas don't always say the amount and just tell me to use the app or credit card to pay. A few times they acted offended when I asked how much I was being charged. I asked to redeem points, which the barista didn't acknowledge until I didn't have enough funds on the app. All she had to do was say they don't do that to make my order somewhat better; I didn't realize she charged me the wrong price until I left and waiting in the long line would have made me late to class.

It's a Starbucks, it's properly socially distanced, it has all the Starbucks stuff. It's one of the only places on campus with outdoor dining where you can actually socialize, which I don't see why that wouldn't be fine because we're still socially distanced. The place wouldn't be legally open if we weren't. There are breakfast snacks, even on campus, even organic like Starbucks, that aren't overpriced and stale. There's better coffee, there's cheaper coffee, there's better cheaper coffee, and there are coffee milkshakes with way fewer calories. But personally, I actually like the infamous burned Starbucks beans. The roasting and brewing is not so bad that you end up with hotel lobby soap-like coffee. It increases the strength of the coffee flavor just enough that it can cut through almost any flavoring, which I like because no matter what's in my coffee, I want to taste coffee. I always get the darkest roast available anywhere that makes drinkable coffee. Starbucks darkest roast tastes darker than the rest, and to the foodie snobs, I really don't care what's supposedly technically wrong with their process that makes it that way.

Employees doesn't don't know menu and drink plus they don't wanna listen to you what you are talking, but that's ok for employees what about supervisor Kelly she don't know menu, with explanation that they don't have that drink in system plus overcharging for a drinks, never agin. If you order Quad Con Panna this is what you get... Shame on supervisor!!!
