Overly sweet drinks! The lady who makes the drinks makes them in like 5 seconds, so perhaps she is just rushing and overlooking instructions and not putting the correct sweetness level. Even while getting the 30% or non sweetened it still tastes like pounds of flavored syrup in your teas. The high sugar content instantly gives me a tummy ache😢 Only been here a few times and don’t enjoy the drinks each time, therefore I will not be back.

Management is unfair and greedy, you should support other locations instead of this one. This sharetea location must be shut down or at least run by different owners. All the tips in the tip jar is given to the owners at the end of each day, and none go to the workers. All the workers aren’t fazed by it as they know it’s what the “protocol” is, but every establishment splits cash tips at the end of each shift. There are also no breaks, which by law should be 15 minute breaks for up to 6 hours and 6+ Hours 30 minute breaks. Please don’t support this store, if you come across these reviews- it’s really an unfair work environment and they have been getting away with it for years.

Yummy tea, fast service, friendly and clean. Very affordable too! There was more choices than the two pictures I took. There was another menu but didn't get a chance to snap that one. Edit: Went back and got a fruit tea with mini boba, it was okay but the boba was a bit too much lol! I was literally just drinking boba. My husband got a mango passionfruit tea and also complained that it was super sweet. Im assuming all their drinks are a bit on the sweeter side here so I'll be getting less sweetness next time!

The tea here is alright, not that great compared to other locations I’ve been to. I will no longer be going to this location due to the owners treatment of their employees. They take all the tips that are supposed to be shared amongst the employees. Most of the people working are high school/college kids and they’re forced to work insanely long shifts with no breaks. Of the couple of times I’ve been to this location I’ve seen the owners be extremely rude to the employees and work them ragged. I can no longer confidently put money into a place with such a work environment which is unfortunate because I’m super appreciative of food service employees and always tip. Maybe if they come under new, fair, and lawful owners I’ll come back. I’d report them to the Better Business Bureau for their terrible conduct. DONT GO HERE.

My go to spot since I moved closer to this place! All the drinks I've had from them for the last 2 plus years have been consistent. Friendly service. I took out a star because every time I go, they're slowwww... idk if they're busy and understaffed but now I make sure I'm not in rush for anything when I stop by here. Overall tho great place and will continue to get my drinks from here :)

Disgusting place DONT GO HERE. Owners take employees tips at the end of the day. None of them get to keep these tips. No breaks either. I’m always here sitting and studying and not once have I seen them allowed to take a break. This place is clearly understaffed and the employees are overworked with no earned tips! If you could, give the money directly to the employee rather than putting it in the tip jar. I feel terrible for the workers. If I could I wouldn’t even rate it a 1

Whenever I am craving Boba, I go to this place. Every time I went I found the place to be busy with mostly HS/college students. I usually always order the Mango Green Tea with Boba. I tried couple of other drinks which I didn’t like that much. So I try to stick to the mango green tea. But sometimes it doesn’t taste that great either. Gotta find another boba place. 😆😅
