Chick-fil-a

I can't believe this was the large fries I got tonight. I usually have a great experience at this location. And no, I did not eat any on my trip home and no one else was with me in the car. This is what I found when I opened the bag at home. I'll continue to go here bc of convenience but will start checking the bag before leaving the drive-thru.

Let me start off by saying, I love Chick-fil-A. However, this location seems to always find away to do something wrong (missing items, wrong order, uncooked chicken, etc.). I may just be unlucky, but I had to post a review after I found a hair in my sandwich. That is the one thing I can not stomach. Hair should not be in food. Please get your act together.

Ordered a breakfast burrito from this location today and came home to find a sausage burrito in my bag. I didn’t even know they had beef. I called them and they apologized and said someone should have asked if I wanted sausage or chicken. That’s it? An apology? It’s a chicken restaurant. Why would you assume O want sausage? I’ve never ever asked specifically for a chicken breakfast burrito from chic fil a and always get a chicken burrito until today.

Adjusted my rating to 5. I have visited this location many times over the years and have worked nearby for the past 2 years. This location used to be one of my least favorite Chik fil a restaurants. I would often (1 in 4 visits approx) not get straws for my drink, no sauces, or my order would be incorrect or not fresh. This of course is in relation to other Chik fil a locations such as South Riding and Warrenton which I also frequented and had near flawless experiences at. (Maybe 1 issue in 20-30 visits) However, the past 6 months or so I have noticed a significant improvement in this location. I am not sure if new policies were implemented or new staff was hired, but my drive thru experiences have definitely been 5 star recently. My past 10-20 visits have all been a good experience with me visiting an average of once per week. *Note my usual visits were between 1 and 3 pm.
