I've had some great meals here but it seems like this location is going downhill. I'm not sure if these are reflected cutbacks and all cozy's or just this location. My one co-worker used to eat here every day for lunch and has since stopped. Parking is easy as there are usually plenty of spots out front. it's hard to see this from any moving road but it is easy to find the cozy once you're inside the shopping center.

Variety of fresh lunch choices. Service felt slower than Center City Cosi location, but still enjoyed the meal and modern interior. Plentiful parking in lots in front and back and walkable to many shopping destinations.

I've tried this Cosi location several time. The first..I had fruit flies fly out of my to go salad. The second, girl at the counter was rude and service was slow even though there was almost no one there. Also ended up with rotten avocado.The third I ordered a head to pick up for lunch on my break from work. Ordered an hour ahead of time and still ended up waiting for it and the girl was rude.

I love Cosi for their breakfast Squagels. They are good and a hidden secret that not a lot of people know about. Basically a square bagel. Several varieties. Delicious.
Also the flat bread and their pizza flatbreads are great.
They have come a long way recently and I think they are changing for the better. It was sometimes dirty and service was slow. But it has seemed a lot better recently.

I used to order the chicken adobo and was a great fan of the bowl, until today. Today, when I ordered the same, the rice was dry, the avocado pieces were tiny and raw and the chicken was dry as well. Cosi, I want shops like you to succeed...so please buckle up on your quality checks.
