Mcdonald's

I am so over this location. Every time I get breakfast they always be forgetting stuff. The last straw that broke the camel back was when they forgot to give me one of my food items, went all the way to work and had to turn back. When I was they I had to wait for five minutes for two little burritos. And then the lady toss the bag on the counter and said oh sorry then walked away. What a great costumer service. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Isn’t wasn’t like they were jammed packed. One hostile customer.

Ordered a Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie through the app, but I was told that they no longer have it even though the app said they did. Thankfully I was dining in or I would have been a little upset if I was just coming to do mobile pick up and leave because they would have had nothing ready for me and I would still had to wait for them to make the order.

My food is always hot. The fries are —without fail— ALWAYS fresh, and the manager is wonderful. The McDonald’s app is glitchy at best, but everyone on staff here is nice, especially the manager. I prefer this McDonald’s to any other in the area— I drive an extra 15 minutes to go specifically to this location because of my positive experiences.

I haven't been inside a McDonald's since the "Pandemic" began. So nearly two years. It was always drive-thru. But my granddaughter and I wanted to go back to this place we shared many fun memories. There were so many changes. You do your own ordering on a large screen and take a number to your seat. That was different, but figured it out with ease. They added a bunch of new items: like chicken sandwiches and bakery goods, and 20 different types of lattes.. The chicken sandwich was actually really good. However, the biggest bummer was the play area is closed off completely. I don't support this. Children should still be able to play through all of this, but it's clear how divided everyone is. So sad for the kids. Also, there is very limited seating as every other table is blocked off. Whereas, most restaurants we go to every table is open. Yet the place is spotless-very clean. If we go back, it will be through the drive-thru as to not disappoint our Little One again, who just kept peering into the window of the play area and she couldn't get the automatic door to open.

They have the best fries ever! They're always hot and well seasoned. My only complaint is that my burgers aren't always cooked all the way through. The cooks need to stop trying to rush cooking a quarter pounder patty and leave it on the grill a little bit longer. Someone can seriously get sick and sue this location!
