Food was fresh and hot. Service was friendly and quick. Very clean and tidy.

Order process very easy. Food was prepared in a few minutes and it was hot and delicious. The only reason I didn't give t stars is because the staff was not smiling and didn't talk at all. Like they didn't want to be there.

Good food and clean location.
The big problem and not only for today ,they don't let you use the toilets saying that are blocked. Which I doubt it's true as it's going on from last year.
I hope the management will see this review and sort it out.

Food was served quickly but not amazing service. Staff barely spoke to you and made no effort with customer service. Also forgot our dips which I paid extra for! I'll give it another chance but they haven't overly impressed us.

Relatively fast service and food was hot a prepared with care. Touch screen ordering system is easy to use and makes the service faster. Good practices in place for covid 19 and friendly staff made it s good place to get food. They corrected my own mistake of forgetting to modify my drink to have no ice with no fuss at all. And offered me all the extra things I might need such as napkins and salt etc. Only issue I had was the receipt was not printing from the self service ordering machine and I wasn't entirely sure I remembered my order number correctly.

The social distancing measures worked well, for the most part, and the staff were polite and efficient.
It's a shame the customers were less co-operative. I can't blame the team for the people that came in and couldn't follow the guidelines clearly laid out in front of them. 🤦🏻♀️
