I went there to buy a chai latte. The service was quick and great. The amount of money for the drink seems a bit of an exaggeration, to be honest. I haven't tried food yet, so I prefer not to make any opinions about it yet.

Superb service, products and cleanliness. This is one of the best restaurants of this kind that there is. Lovely baguette and coffee.
Everything was so nice we skipped several other places to go back here for a late lunch.

The Pret subscription for £25 a month is one of the best deals around: up to 5 drinks a day so long as they are 30 minutes apart.
In my first two weeks of using it I have already managed to get around £130 worth of drinks. Their smoothies especially are very nice. Although at times there can be a queue for the most part very quick to get drinks.
Overall I'd recommend it for anyone able to get to pret often during the day, and wants cheap drinks!!

The first time I've ever been to Pret A Manger and was very happy with what I had. Mushroom risotto soup, it was amazing. I think the service should be better though.

This is a must for a good coffee and a pastry every time we visit Exeter. I love the friendly staff and the coffee system. The filter coffee is as good as any and good value. The pastries are great and the hot food in their self contained container works perfectly. No waste. Love the place.

Always great food, freshly prepared. Varied menu catering for all tastes! Wonderful fresh, warm cakes and pastries. Excellent coffee. Air conditioning. Plenty of space with downstairs. Pushchair and wheelchair access with unisex toilets on both floors.

Just received excellent service from a young lady re stocking the chiller cabinets. I wanted the Bircher pot but there were none yet. Not only did she phone the kitchen to see if there were any ready but especially made the trip down there to get one just for me! Thank you for what I think is exceptional service. Love the flat white too!
