Subway

I didn't enjoy much this store as I had asked for a chicken bacon in a wrap (they forgot to put the chicken). Cookies are the best I always bake them at home for 3-5 mins for it to be more on the crunchy side. Then I went by in person and ordered the same, the guy portioned the portion of chicken so much he ended UP with only 2 pieces and looked at me. I was like go ahead add a few more it wont hurt your business. Customer service was ok. Cookies always awesome, kinda hard to ruin those.

Went there with a child, A CHILD, and nobody bothered asking what the kid wanted. I told the cashier the kid wanted a 6 inch turkey and cheese. The cashier handed me turkey and cheese, not a sandwich, just turkey and cheese in wax paper. I thought this guy was being funny and maybe I was being punked, but no. Turns out they never asked the kid what they wanted, and they were willing to eat their non-sandwich cold cut extravaganza. Seriously, ridiculous! Don't dismiss kids as non customers, and I can't believe you have to clarify bread when ordering a 6 inch sandwich. Maybe next time I'll bring some poster board and draw a diagram of my order.

I ordered a sub on door dash, and they gave it to the wrong person, NOT my dasher. Then they said I had to pay again for them to make a NEW sub for me, even though it wasn’t MY fault that they gave MY sub to the WRONG person, it was THEIR fault. I never got my sub, but they refunded me. Horrible service.
