Horrible customer service. Placed an order for a bakers dozen bagels. Drove 30 minutes to find out they were out of all but 3 of the types I wanted. The only resolution was to replace with the sweet bagels or refund. What a complete waist of time and effort. The app shouldn't allow to sell bagels if they're not going to be available. There are too many great bakeries to waist time on Panera.

I love Panera Bread stores. I've been coming to this one for a number of years. The staff is very friendly: Jillian (the general manager with her warm smile and greeting); Dan (manager who goes from table to table, checking on the customers, and has a remarkable memory for names); Thomas (shift supervisor who is very polite); Cassandra (at the front counter who is extremely courteous as she takes all the varied food orders) and Merland (who always makes sure the whole store looks tidy, nothing escapes her broom and scoop). I'm not kidding when I say that this store has become like an extension of my living room. It was particularly helpful to me during the first year of the Covid pandemic (at that time Eric was the manager). I had to come here once a day to escape my home and keep my sanity. I've spent a lot of hours here with my laptop. Being that the store is in the Gateway Center, there's always plenty of parking available. This is a gem of a place.

Not my cup of whatever they served. Idea is good, execution is terrible. You wait easily 20-30 for your breakfasts, which would easier to deal with if you could wait at your table, but you have to stand in the back kitchen and wait. They tried to use a monitor to show who is up, but it is no in use and even so, you can only watch it from the queue anyhow. Some food was great others so-so. But at the time you want to consume it, it is cold, and you lost your appetite. The food arrived before the coffee btw.

I ate here at noon on a Monday and experienced no issues in regards to wait time or overcrowding. This seems to be an acceptable Panera Bread location as you'll probably get a similar experience as any other.
There seems to be a stock issue at the moment, I can only assume it's due to the global shipping problems that have occurred recently.

Awful cashier/bakery service. Stood in line behind several people waiting to buy bakery items. After 5 minutes the people in front of me decided to leave because the employees were just ignoring the line of customers.
I ended up deciding to place my order through the tablet, to then receive my pastry down at the food window 5 minutes later :/
I was surprised to see the lack of customer service at this panera.

Extremely good and helpful crew !! The place is clean and very spacious so is never crowded. The you pick two option make lot easier and more convenient for everyone. Grate job everyone 👏👏👏

The staff here are truly some of the best I've ever interacted with in a semi-fast food setting. Always happy to help and friendly.

Did not receive full order. When I called to ask to have the items I did not receive refunded from my bill, I was told my order could not be found. Even though I had just placed my order 10-15 mins prior.
