Jack In The Box

Items were left out of my order, multiple times. I finally sought revision for the error just to experience an extremely rude supervisor (pictured) and an unprofessional manager by the name of Victor Lopez. I consider myself an extremely tolerant person. This experience has pushed me to report this location to the franchise.

The night shift girl Amanda is awesome, super sweet, gets our orders right and she always has a smile especially for having to deal with everything she goes through. Any other time I come here they don’t understand me, I have to repeat my self multiple times. I feel that this place is a bit a racist. I feel for Amanda, and the things that nice lady has to deal with!

I want to say that if I made this review about a month ago it would have been a ONE star because of the management that was there. They have changed management and did give me my milkshake that I ordered this time unlike a month ago. Although I got my entire order this time my current issue is about the size of the meat patty in my "Cheesy Bacon jack". It was a double but burger patty was the size of a slider and the bun dwarfed the patty by an inch in diameter. It was if the normal size patty was cut in half and reshaped to be a two patties. I was happy to get my order right but displeased with the burger I got.
