Placed online order at 8:30 this morning to be delivered at noon only to have the restaurant manager call me to let me know that he didn’t know when my pizza would be here because my order was turned over to door dash. It’s now 12:20 and no pizza yet. When you pay extra for convenience it shouldn’t be so inconvenient. With Pizza Hut tanking the way they are right now they really should be more interested in good customer service. Used to buy from them frequently, today they lost a customer

This applies to Pizza Hut in general. Customer service and use of the application have just tanked over the last couple of years. I went to order ahead of time before the store opened and I just got my order denied after 2 hours. Cool, I got my money back, but what about the gift card I used? I used another gift card a couple of months back and the App conveniently crashed during the payment process and my gift card amount was used and no order was placed. Now I'm hearing Pizza Hut outsources delivery to door dash? That's why I stopped ordering Papa John's. Dominos it is! Best customer service and delivery in the business.

The workers in this store will write down your card number and make online purchases. Please be careful! I placed an order for my siblings at this location. The pizza never showed up and when I called to ask about my order the person asked for the number I placed an order with . When I gave them my phone number they stated there is no order history for the number and asked if I had another number. I let them know that is the only number I have . I asked to speak with the manager who stated his name was Kona( or something like that. He spelled his name really fast and hung up on me when I asked him to repeat because it was spelled so fast and I didn’t have anything to write with at first). The manager started asking me if I was sure I am calling the right store. At this point I got on my online banking and saw that I received 3 charges from store #036494 (these were the charges $49.43 $50.29, $50.2). I asked why was I charged three times. Then I saw random charges besides those charges that happened literally an hour after I ordered Pizza Hut. At first when I read the store number to the manager he said that was not their store and I was calling the wrong store. When I asked which other Pizza Hut is in South Everett with the store number 036494 , he then said that was their store number. He then asked for the last 4 digits of my card and said he can see the transactions I was referring to but they are voided. I asked who was the individual that took my order because it seems like they wrote my card information down because I started seeing random online charges on my card when I made the order. The manager responded by saying “ I don’t know that answer because that is above my pay scale.” I informed him I believe the person wrote down my card because I just got this card yesterday and all of a sudden after I ordered my pizza I saw random charges that were made after another. He stated “ ma’am I can grantee you no one wrote down your card.” After the manager hung up on me I called to ask to speak to someone above him, he said he is the only one around and again hung up. I called for half and hour straight no answer. Please be careful

The pizza at this location is pretty average with sometimes being worse than others, I think the real negative is the people that work there as sometimes you’ll be helped right away once entering or you’ll be ignored for several minutes while there’s a ton of workers just standing around and talking / hanging out or even some times you can walk in to one of the pizza hut employees wrapped around their girlfriend and making out at the front register, incredibly unprofessional management needs to step up.
