Five stars! Was driving my oversize van that will not fit through the drive-thru then I realized the dining room was closed temporarily. Just as about ready to get back in my van the manager came out and invited me in to order even though they were closed.

poor service!! girl at window was very sweet, but we realized once we got home the order was completely wrong. pickles on sandwiches when asked to leave them off, completely missing a burger, the wrong kind of fries (completely cold btw)... not great :(

I just want to shout out 2 employees working right now at 9:00pm I sit here showing major respect to you guys because I came there acting like an insane customer and y'all acted with so much professionalism. You guys were awesome. And the food was fire Ash. I meant no disrespect in anyway. I sincerely appreciate y'all

Went through drive. Two cars ahead. Really slow moving. Got up to window & could only see one person doing everything. No wonder it was slow going.
At least food was really good & hot.

This location made me wait for 40 minutes to pick up a Doordash order for delivery. They would not come to the door despite the fact that had seen me standing there (ignoring me). When I walked through the drive thru, because my vehicle won't fit through the drive thru, the manager was rude to me.

The last 3 times I have gone here, once at 7:30 in the morning, once around 4:30pm and once around 9pm, ALL OF THE FOOD WAS EITHER COLD or just plain wrong. The fries and hasbrowns were cold. The chicken strips I ordered were cold and hard, like they were 3 days old. The 3rd time I asked for fries with no salt and they were still cold! This is THE WORST Jack in the Box I have ever been too! What happened to we don't make until you order it?! The only thing this place is good for is their 100+ drinks. The food SUCKS!
