It's the worst Baskin Robbins ever, worst customer service and employees ever. No skills, No people's skills, No customers service skills, they mixed up people's orders and won't even try to fix the mistakes or even apologize for it. However the icecream is good.

Used to get good milk shakes here. Last two times now they are so thin it's like drinking chocolate milk. Customers will just stop coming. Please stop making thin milkshakes its an insult to the customer! If you need to raise prices then do so.
UPDATE 3/27: Just went to the B&R on Colby and there milk shakes are THICK, like hold it upside down with no lid thick! Mmmmm.

Put no banana in my cappuccino blast when I asked for 2 of them. They do it when I am in person but because I ordered through Uber eats they cheaped me out of it. Laziness. I work in the restaurant industry and that’s what it is is. They were trying to close and did not want to take time to put a banana in my drink. Do not order from here if it’s the closing shift people.

Love their ice cream flavors! Great prices, and I've went with my mom and my partner, and both times, the employees have been very kind and polite. The banana splits are awesome!

The guy who attended us (an Asian guy) was so rude and he has no manners. Going there is a waste of your time. Would not recommend to go there. I will never go back there. To bad there's no zero stars.
