Subway

In store 4:00 11/7/16. Purchase started off okay but while waiting for bread to warm, he started to wait on another customer. When I indicated that my bread was too brown, he entered a code in the register thru out the bun and put in another which he browned okay on one side, then he turned bread over to brown on other side which I did not request and have never seen this done. When I got home 5 minutes later, the bread was so hard that it crumbled thru and thru like crackers. I guess he was punishing me for not accepting the first order. Very very poor customer service. Never going there again.
