Don't eat here, please just don't... Details... [1] the door states to eat in you need vaccine proof. No one checked and didn't care [2] Men's Bathroom was in horrendous care, toilet paper all over, filth covered toilet seat and just made it impossible to use the bathroom. [3] food is not replaced in a timely manner. I had the buffalo chicken and it was just not right. I skipped a few toppings because they were just old and dehydrated. It was really horrible in this subway. [4] staff irritated that I want to scan for my loyalty points and ultimately gave up and just wanted me to leave by the glare I was getting at checkout. Please avoid this subway. Def need to alert corporate. See images.

Horrible service he made my sandwich wrong and I gave him a paper with instructions But he didn't toast the bread. Really rude and I come at least 2 a week well never again. And my fellow Evanstonians you should boycott this place customer service sucks. I wish I can give Them 0 stars that's what subway on Dempster and Dodge deserves.

I literally just walked out this facility. The genetlemen who goes by the name of “Kyle” just in case he was lying he worked today’s (Sunday) shift around 6 o clock. He did not speak when I walked into the building. Had an attitude while he made my sandwich. He took my money with his gloves on and did not change them. He basically threw my sandwich together throwing all my ingredients onto the sandwich and then when I asked him to not have an attitude while he made my sandwich he asked me to leave..... I didn’t leave until my sandwich that I paid for was done being made. And on top of that the ingredients sitting out looked like they’ve been sitting there the entire day. I thought Subways slogan was eat fresh? HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will not be returning to this location and will be telling people about my service here.

Talk about cheap franchise owners. 3 slices of Turkey isn't enough for a sub. Shame I have to pay for extra... And no more free refills? Why? Too cheap to pay for the freestyle cartridges? Yeah they are expensive but your product tastes better. Did your Coke rep not explain that to you?! Also so stingy on the toppings. 7 bits of onion isn't "extra". Go across the street and get McDs. You get more for your money. Oh and #4 needs an attitude check.

The lobby was very unclean. And the customer service was just awful. The sandwich preparer gave me an attitude when I explained he was making the signature wrap sandwich wrong by dabbing the same amount of meat you would receive for a 6 inch sandwich. You're paying $7 for the premium sandwich for the extra meat. I won't ever return to this location.
