I used to work at this Dunkin a couple of years ago and it has just went down hill. Maggie is the best manager she is amazing but the girl in the drive through named Caroline, has an attitude issue! I definitely wouldn’t want someone like that working for my franchise… Julie should really rethink her employees.

The staff here is amazing. They are always so friendly. SHOUT OUT TO MO! She was trying to help me pay thru the app since mobile ordering wasn't available. We couldn't figure it out due to a glitch in the app. She said I got you and she paid for my food. I was shocked and grateful. What a kind soul! Thank you!

So disappointing...I ordered 6 donuts through the app, one of which were a chocolate glaze. You'd think they would put them in a box? Nope, they put them in a paper bag. By the time my husband brought it home, the chocolate was on the bag. The donuts tasted as if they were a day old, they were dry and very greasy tasting.

Donuts are good but employees are lacking in politeness, courtesy, and any motivation to work, this location is far from under staffed, just lacking quality. Employees at other chains making similar money appear more motivated and more caring. I'll be shopping elsewhere. I've been to Doughnut King in Mount Dora and was very happy with the experience.

First time at this location and I don't think I'll come back. I went inside because I was getting a dozen donuts and wanted to see the selection. They literally had 6 different donuts. All frosted and one jelly filled. Half of one shelving unit and multiple slots for one type of donut. There was 1 person working and she had an attitude. I didn't get the name but guessing it's the same person others have complained about. I'm becoming less and less impressed with DD as a whole. Publix is right across the street.

Do you like sitting in a drive thru line for 15+ minutes only to be given zero professional courtesy or an apology for your wait? Love waiting for your food only to NOT get what you ordered? Then this is the Dunkin’ Donuts for you!
Also, thanks for making me late for work. That was fun. Awful establishment!

Kudos to staff here very helpful and upbeat. And Its great to see the gentleman that was living in their parking lot, was able to get help and be relocated .(Original post 📫4/27/22)

Ok this is ridiculous. Ordered online… 2 bagels and 2 donuts. Both donuts came in a bag next to my drinks and were soaked. Weren’t even the correct donuts either. Not even close. One bagel came and it wasn’t correct. Also no straws. So I have no food & they have my money. Cool. Happy Sunday.
