Hardee's

Waited past the drive thru for 11minutes. They gave the car before us and our food at the same time. We ordered 2 burritos bowls and a hot ham and cheese sandwich. The bag had no napkins or forks to eat. I yelled at the lady to come back. Very certain she heard me and I yelled again and again. She ignored me and continued walking in. My husband sent me in for forks and napkins. I had to wait in another line to get them. When I got back to car ate my bowl. Both bowls had HARD HARD rice. My husband want even able to eat his. Very dissatisfied. Luckily we don’t live in this town and we were only passing thru.

Everytime I come to this Hardee's the employees are in horrible moods. They make it seem that doing their job to make food for their customers is the biggest inconvenience to them. On my last experience through the drive-thru, the lady working it seemed annoyed I was there. When I got to the window the only thing she said to me was my total. The only response I got out of this woman was when I said "you're welcome" and she asked me to repeat it. I said it again and stormed away. Not exactly sure why this place stays open with the horrible customer service they have. Just close down already.
