My husband does grubhub pt and had an order to here. The guy worker at 711 wouldn’t look at him, and then he proceeded to instead place the order on the counter, but on the floor. So my Navy Veteran husband, had to pick it up off of the floor. The amount of disrespect in that place is atrocious. He should be so lucky to be living in this country.

I’m pretty sure you just need a pulse to get hired on the night shift at this location. No masks enforced or worn and “hot” food is always stale.

Very rude owners. I've had negative encounters with both the woman in the morning, who rudely (and falsely according to 7elevens policy, I believe) said I couldn't get cash back unless I spent at least $10, and then also the man in the evening, who threw a fit when I complained about my drink ringing up for the unintended price because his fountain cups were all systematically placed in a more expensive bracket. I presume they are the owners; if not, they are a poor reflection on the owners. They do not abide by 711 policies, and should have their franchise contract terminated.

Deserves a 0 star rating. The old man that works overnight is extremely discriminatory towards just about anybody that pulls up on a bike. He is rude and disrespectful constantly follows me around the store and watches over me like a hawk. Ive been going to this store for over a decade and have never stolen from this place and he is so far up my rear end anyone else could go in there right after me and walk out with the whole damn register.

Just wanted to buy a hotdog on my lunch break. Wanted me to take my backpack off and leave it at the door. I was standing at the stupid counter when directed to do so. I’ll take my business else where from now on. If they can’t trust me standing in plain sight with a any bag.

I used my 7rewards card for this location for a slice of pizza and a steak taquito, both were hard as rocks and tasted like cardboard. In addition to this, the rest of the “fresh and hot” foods looked like they were either reused from the other day or left on the heating element for far too long that they become too hard to eat. I don’t plan on using this location for hot foods anymore due to the horrible hot foods qualities.

Stay away if you dislike germs!!! I observed the lady behind the counter handle cash, cogs and hot food repeatedly without ever changing her gloves once!!! Has been reported to the health authority!

I will never spend money at this 7-11 again after being treated the way I was as a paying customer. My elder mother needed to use the restroom in an emergency situation and they wouldn't let her use it, not only did they not let her use the restroom and sent her away in tears they were rude about it too.
