Burger King

As a frequent buyer of the same exact meal at lunch everyday, I tend to just say my entire order as I come up to the drive up board. When I then get three more questions, asking how I would like the meal, after I just told them (the older male manager being the worst at this)I tend to not want to come back..... Edit: after today's experience, it seems as if some of the employees, such as Julie, are following the managers example of bad customer service.

I really like burger king, but they always seem understaffed. The drink machine stopped offering the extra flavors, which is a big reason i come here (huge soda selection) and it took weeks for it to get fixed. And yes, I did let a worker know that the non regular flavors were not showing as options, to which I was told "its probably a computer issue". The employees are nice and i have no complaints about them, but I wonder if the owner is too greedy to run a better franchise???

Staff was friendly and is the only reason for two stars. They didn't have ketchup and the staff said they ran out, which is weird since there is a "cash and carry" down the street. For those who don't know what that it is that is a place that sells to restaurants in bulk stuff like ketchup so, the customer doesn't have to suffer while they are waiting on there shipment. The place was dirty and tables were nasty with food on them from the last customer. The bathroom smelled like a old gas station and it like no one ever cleans it. This not the first time I have saw this but, it will be the last.

I've been to this Burger King a number of times in the past. Usually I go when I have a coupon or the croissant sandwiches are on sale (I'm cheap, so sue me). The food is usually marginal to okay at best (not sure why I keep going back). I've had a couple of instances where I've ordered a croissant sandwich without cheese and they've forgotten to leave it off. It happens, unfortunately. This morning I ordered a coffee, hashbrowns, and 2 croissant bacon/egg/cheese sandwiches NO cheese. What I got was cold hash browns and two croissants with burnt bacon and cheese. Not only did they put the cheese on they left the egg off of both! Seriously!? The receipt didn't say no cheese or no egg. At least the coffee was correct. At least I think it's correct. Oh hell... what am I drinking...

Ordered a strawberry milk shake and it was runny. The girl attempting to make it said that was how Burger King makes their milk shakes, which is untrue. The Burger King in Thurston does an exceptional job. The West 11th store has a very bad odor. Smells like they haven't cleaned in a very long time. Instead of refunding my $3.59 they just gave me a medium coke. Sound fair? Not impressed.
