I had high hopes as this drive through came recommended by a friend. I ordered a 12oz oatmilk latte. When the barista handed my order to me I thought it felt a little light but I didn't dwell on it. After leaving I opened up the lid to find a drink that was not even close to full (see photo). I was a little disappointed but thought, hey, things happen, no big deal. Then, I took a drink. Awful, awful. How can a drink taste bitter, sour and burnt all at the same time? I drink a lot of coffee, and this was hands down the worst oatmilk latte I've ever had. Response to Owner: I would be happy to give it another go, let me know how I go about that. The date I went was Saturday, October 16, sometime before 10:00 am. The barista was a young blond girl wearing a brown argyle crop top short sleeved sweater and high waisted jeans.

This used to be my favorite coffee shop but customer service and drinks have not been up to par lately. We were getting drinks and a girl with long dark hair complained that we showed up ten minutes before closing in front of her coworker. That was very awkward for us and we thought about just driving away. The drinks were also very bad. Little to no syrup added and burnt shots.

Excellent and friendly service. I'm a little disappointed that they won't punch your card for food like they do for the drinks... If you're spending money you're spending money as far as I'm concerned. The service listens to you and usually remembers you. They're very good about that and friendly. Oh yes!, I'm gluten-free and their breakfast sandwiches are pretty good. I usually get the gluten-free sausage breakfast sandwich.

My usual weekend coffee shop was closed so I went to Metro. I have never been there but I think I have found my new spot. The mocha that I ordered was hands down the best I've had in the year that I have been here. I know that all tastes are different but, between the excellent coffee and friendly service, this is a great place.
