The workers here are incredibly lazy. I hope a manager sees this. The cashier had to take care of an entire line, meaning that I waited about 20 minutes in a short line, despite there being 2 workers with nothing to do standing in the back.
By the time I got up to the front, the items I wanted to order were nearly run out, or completely gone. I could see the 2 cooks in the back laughing and playing on their phones and I had to ask them to make more chow mein (I don't work there...).
I ended up not getting everything I wanted, and when I complained about the wait, the staff member snapped back at me that I "chose" to wait. Pretty bad service for employees being paid $17 an hour.

Here to answer some questions about the other reviews:
1) Please check the location before leaving a bad review. This Panda Express doesn't have drive-through.
2) Some employees aren't going to know how to perfectly use the register. They train on the job.
3) If in the last half hour less than $50 is made, the location may close early.
4) Regardless of how much food is made for lunch/dinner rush, food will run out. There is no other place to put hot food other than on the serving line.

Always out of whatever is asked for and they will scoop the last few pieces to call it a serving which is not sufficient, cook and servers wearing masks below nose thus exposing food area with their germs. Will help to bring proper business practices and hygiene.

I'm here again to rant, I ordered teriyaki chicken didnt get the teriyaki sauce. Please dont rush your orders even through the drive through. I hate coming back after I get home. It's not okay. Next Time I'm not gonna be happy. I come here alot. This shouldn't be happening all the time.

i've worked in the restaurant business (that's why it may be harsh)
doesn't have apple pay when every other restaurant has it on campus
doesn't have enough food ready during rushes
can't train their newbies to use campus cash properly or split with card and cash

It's really good for a quick bite, and I've never had an issue with the food or the wait time. Really nice staff.

You guys need to get Google pay every other panda express takes it so it's insane such a busy one that serves thousands of young students doesnt
