Please avoid this outlet at all costs!!! Very dodgy place with one of most unprofessional people working here. I am extremely disappointed with the service that was provided to me at Nandos Essendon Victoria outlet and I write review in lot of anger and pain. The manager at the place "Shiva" (dint give his full name) was completely unprofessional and tried charging an incorrect amount for the burger and large chips I ordered. After multiple attempts, he finally charged the right amount. I am a vegetarian and specifically asked for the halloumi vegetarian burger and was instead ​served with a chicken burger. When I was visibility upset and asked what had happened, I was told "these thing happen" (and has happened in the past). I was blamed for the their mistake. When I asked for a staff/ employee ID to make a complaint , they told me that they don't have IDs . ​When I gain asked for someone else or if I could get their corporate number I was denied that too. There was absolutely no attempt made to provide a refund. As I write this I am still in complete disbelief that a large chain like Nandos doesn't have complaint forms and customers are treated like trash!! Not sure anything will come from writing here, but just lost for words.

worst Nandos ever dont dine in here. No water bottles at table, no glasses and no sauce. When asked why they simply said because of Covid when in infact all other stores supply all these things. Food was cold and chips serving was very less. Really disappointed with the service and defs wont be eating here again.

Meal served was tasty, and fast service however customer service was below average. 1. No smile from male staff member at the counter when taking an order. 2. At the time of eating in 4 × Tables weren't wipped down after customers finished their meal and clearing plates. 3. We used our own anti-bacterial wipes to clean the table that a previous customer used. 4. After asking for no salt on my chips I still received a bowl of chips with salt. Staff changed bowl with no issue. 5. Plain spicy rice taste like a microwaved packet of rice. Absalutely disgusting. 6. Internal floor is extremely dirty. I've worked in resturaunts and never seen such dirty floors. 7. No papper towels to dry your hands where the hand basin is located including being dirty around the Basin area. 8. Staff were seen using mobile devices instead of focusing on maintaining cleanness. 9. Hygiene is extremely poor.

poor experience, paid for a full meal (wrap, chips and a drink) and a seperate regular chips. went to my car and saw only 1 regular chips. went back to ask the manager and he was rude telling me i was wrong when i was charged for a full meal + separate chips. Won’t be going back, please don’t come here

Just ordered a vegetarian item, and was delivered a chicken item instead. Because I ordered through Uber Eats, I was refunded, but there's absolutely no way of getting in contact with Nandos unless I download their App (which I'm obvs not going to do now!). I understand that mistakes happen, but when they do, your customer needs to be able to contact you so you can make things right. Very interesting that the previous reviewer described the exact same problem - if they're consistently this careless, and can't be contacted about mistakes, you're better off taking your money elsewhere!
