Mcdonald's

Went in and asked for cookies girl asked me to repeat how many I wanted seemed like she didn’t wanna make the amount I wanted so she said we don’t have any cookies . So I waited about 10 to 20 minutes for that . All the time we come through they constantly never have what we ask for . Then no one at the window greets you . They have this attitude like you’re a burden . I get it people are stressed due to the lack of employees and having to pull the extra weight but I’m also in the fast food industry and I still give great exceptional customer service due to the fact that this generation lacks it big time . Do better . Train better

I don't know what's going on with this place but the fries 🍟 here are nothing but grease drenched or something. McDonald's was known for the fries. But now it's depressing. Have some respect for the job you do. When buying a large fry I might get 6 or 7 good ones. What a waste. Don't even bother calling your in the wrong. I'm done! If this order is made fresh Then I must be loosing it!

McDonalds is always consistent. I walked in to order breakfast today. All workers were busy in the kitchen & no one was working the register. One of the young ladies finally told us the lobby was closed. I asked her to post a sign stating the lobby was closed. Good customer service always informs the customer so we don't have to wait.
