I was a regular customer at this location when I lived in Escondido. I frequented this location 2 to 3 times a week. I worked at the Marie Callanders nearby and would bring pies to your employees because I greatly appreciated their customer service and their friendliness. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience I have ever had there. Your cashier who was working at 6:30 pm on 12-12- 2021 was extremely rude. I accidentally imputed my phone number incorrectly and he proceded to yell at me. Rather than be polite, and help me, he was rude and inconsiderate. He told me he didn't like people who ignore him. I wasn't ignoring him, I was merely trying to figure out why my phone number was not being accepted. He continued to raise his voice and made me feel totally unwelcome. I said to him, I am sorry you are having a bad day, then I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me saying are you trying to make me lose my job. I am not one to complain, but I have the option to go to other locations near my home, and I chose to go to your location because I have always felt at home there. Whoever he is, I hope you give him a lesson in customer service, because I will not be back anytime soon.

This guy got upset because I switched the flavor of my big gulp. I asked for his manager and he got super upset and said he wouldn't give me any information. I let it go to forget about it but he started taking photos of all the vehicles outside to try and get my plates and car. Unbelievable racial profiling at its best.
